AirChek 52 Single High Flow Pump Kit

Part Number:

224-52K

- +
Overview
AirChek® 52 Single Pump Kit includes pump with NiMH battery pack and screwdriver set, single PowerFlex® charger with cable, filter cassette holder, screwdriver set, and soft-sided nylon carry case. Low flows from 5 to 500 ml/min require a low flow kit.
The AirChek 52 personal air sampling pump offers a 5 to 3000 ml/min flow range and 12+ hours run time for sampling particulates and gases/vapors. The pump is ideal for use with sorbent tubes, filter cassettes, cyclones, PPIs, or impingers. The AirChek 52 air sampling pump is UL Listed for intrinsic safety.

Run Time

NiMH Battery: 12+ hrs minimum at 2000 ml/min and up to 25 inches water back pressure; dependent on media used. See Table 1.

Flow Fault

If pump is unable to compensate for longer than 15 seconds due to excessive back pressure, the pump enters flow fault. During flow fault, the pump stops, the fault icon appears on the display, and elapsed time remains on the display. Auto-restart is attempted up to 5 times. Elapsed time information will be lost on restart.

Low Battery FaultLCD displays low battery icon and pump shuts down. LCD remains on.
LCD Time DisplayLCD display shows elapsed pump run time in minutes up to 99,999.
LCD IndicatorLCD always remains on. Displayed elapsed run time information resets when pump is started.
