Cassette Transport for IFV Pro, each
Cassette Transport for IFV Pro, each Overview
Plastic container with hinged lid and foam insert safely transports IFV Pro Cassettes.
The IFV Pro Sampler collects mixed-phase (aerosol and vapor) contaminants such as pesticides, polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), inorganic acids, and explosives. The IFV Pro simultaneously collects the aerosol phase on a 25-mm filter and the vapor phase in an 8 x 110-mm sorbent tube at a flow rate of 1 L/min. Sampler includes sampling head, protective tube cover, cassette cap, and cassette transport container; requires 25-mm filter and 8 x 110-mm sorbent tube.

ACGIH IFV Designation
ACGIH has assigned a TLV with Inhalable Fraction and Vapor (IFV) designation to over 50 compounds that exert sufficient vapor pressure such that the contaminant may be present in both particle and vapor phases, with each phase contributing a significant portion of the dose. IFV Pro allows for efficient sampling of compounds with this designation (see guide below) or compounds found in mixed phases due to work activities or processes.
