Coated Filters, 2 Quartz (R-100) filters, coated with titanium oxysulfate hydrate (TiOSO[4]), preloaded in a 25 mm 2-piece clear plastic cassette, prebanded, limited shelf-life, pk/10 

Storage at  ≤ 39.2 F (4 C) required.

Meets OSHA Method 1019 for Hydrogen Peroxide. Also meets specifications of Non-agency Method 57 for simultaneous, separate sampling of hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, when used with Sorbent Tube Cat. No. 225-193-UC or 225-199-UC

SKC Coated Filters meet agency method specifications and are a convenient alternative to impinger wet chemistry methods. Ready-to-use coated filters can be used to collect compounds that exist as an aerosol or mist or for some higher boiling vapors.

SKC Coated Filters make sampling reactive compounds fast and easy. They are a convenient alternative to wet chemistry methods using impingers. Simply unplug the lightweight cassette, insert it into an SKC Filter Cassette Holder, clip holder to a worker’s collar, and attach to a personal sample pump. Using coated filters to collect compounds that exist as an aerosol or mist or for some higher boiling vapors eliminates the inconvenience of impinger sampling. Flow rates are typically greater than 1 L/min and sampling times range from 15 minutes to one hour. Using SKC Coated Filters eliminates the inconveniences of impinger sampling and produces a stable compound for storage and analysis. Most coated filter samples are extracted in solvents and analyzed by gas or liquid chromatography. SKC offers coated filters to meet a variety of OSHA, NIOSH, ASTM, and international agency methods.
