D-TAM Skin Cleanser, 1-gallon jug with pump dispenser, removes many intermediate polarity chemicals such as phenol, dinitrotoluene, benzene, malathion, nitroaniline, toluene, captan, MDA, and more

D-TAM Skin Cleanser Formulated to remove water-insoluble contaminants such as aromatic amines, pesticides, phenol, epoxy resins, and paints/sealants from the skin, D-TAM Skin Cleanser will not disrupt or abrade the natural barrier properties of the skin. D-TAM Skin Cleanser contains no emollients, such as lanolin or aloe vera, nor does it contain pumice or harsh surfactants. D-TAM Skin Cleanser will not enhance penetration of contaminants into the skin.

Remove Chemicals Safely from Skin with D-TAM Cleansers During this demonstration, we check for residual MOCA contamination with a Skin SWYPE, clean skin with D-TAM, and retest to determine success of cleaning. Skin-friendly D-TAM Cleansers are highly effective at removing semipolar and very nonpolar chemical contaminants and are suitable for frequent use.

Safe and effective removal of chemical contamination from skin should be an integral part of every safety and health program. Most industrial skin cleansers contain harsh surfactants and degreasers that can de-fat and degrade the skin’s natural lipid barrier. Frequent washing with these products may result in dry, cracked, irritated skin that is more susceptible to chemical contamination.

D-TAM Skin Cleanser is specially formulated with high molecular weight ingredients that will not penetrate the natural barrier of the skin. Without disrupting the natural barrier properties of the skin, D-TAM Skin Cleanser safely and effectively removes lipophilic (water insoluble) chemicals used with solvents.
