AirLite® 5-pack High Flow Pump Kit includes 5 pumps with 5 sets of 3 AA alkaline batteries and screwdriver set and filter cassette holders, in a hard-sided case. Low flows from 5 to 500 ml/min require a low flow kit.
The AirLite personal air sampling pump offers a flow range of 5 to 3000 ml/min, economical alkaline battery operation, and over 10-hour run times for sampling gases and vapors and particulates. The pump is ideal for use with sorbent tubes, filter cassettes, and size-selective samplers. The AirLite air sampling pump is not UL Listed for intrinsic safety.
1000 to 3000 ml/min, ± 5% (5 to 500 ml/min requires low flow accessories; see Low Flow Kit) Requires 1/4-inch ID tubing

Compare the information in this table to pump compensation range to determine appropriate applications.
Temperature Range
Operating: 32 to 104 F (0 to 40 C) Storage: -4 to 113 F (-20 to 45 C)
Protect sample pump from weather when in use outdoors.
Compensated Temperature Range
41 to 122 F (5 to 50 C )
Operating Humidity
0 to 95% non-condensing
Power
Three standard AA alkaline batteries Rechargeable AA-size 1.2-volt NiMH batteries may be used but will provide approximately half the run time stated for disposable batteries.
LED Functions
Slow flash = normal run Fast flash = flow fault Double flash = low battery, approximately one-hour run time remaining Flash every eight seconds = pump shutdown due to exhausted batteries Indication of pump shutdown due to exhausted batteries will override all other indicators. Four flashes every six seconds = pump shutdown due to flow fault
